Refunds
We hope you love your purchase but if not, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging in order for the return to be accepted.
Steps to request a refund -
1. To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us at info@illuminatebyshauna.com. Please include the proof of purchase.
2. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Please note if there is no fault with the product/s, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us less the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.)
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal) and this will take 2-5 days depending on the bank.
Please note - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. We ask that you please send any photographs or videos that you have of the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or if the product has been used.
